WILLIAM D. CHERNEY - Born in Ohio, 1955. He was admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1997 and the Wisconsin Bar in 1998. He completed his college education at Ohio State University and received an MBA from Benedictine University in 1991. He completed his legal education at John Marshall Law School (J.D. 1997).
